As always remember you may find spoilers, so if you are playing the campaign or think about playing it you probably do not want to read more beyond this point (or perhaps you want, who knows).
At the previous session characters had lost one of his comrades, the cleric Morkhan, and they had proposed to further investigate the mysterious island where they had been shipwrecked. The main objective for this session was to approach the great marsh and the town of lizard men located thereinsomething that began to being carred out sending Heldenhammer wearing his costume made with mud, leaves and bark, enabling him to approach without drawing to much attention to the fence that protects the village. The guards at first some were suspicious but he was allowed to pass thanks to a young lizard man which interceded for him.

Once gathered inside his hut the young, called Ak'tuk and was the son of the leader of the tribe (and who obviously had not been deceived by the disguise) Heldenhammer persuaded to undertake the search for one of the children the tribe, which had been given to a few clerics of Penumbra and with which they had gone to the marsh with intentions not too promising for the boy; in return to find him and bring him back safely Ak'tuk agreed not discover the true identity of the assassin or the existence of his possible partners.

No sooner said than done Heldenhammer left the village and met the rest of the group to begin tracking the marsh, allowing them to quickly find the child tied to a stake and without trace of the clerics, but truly the absence of such individuals is not what they should be concerned about, since the appearance of a whitish and large scavenger worm heading quickly toward them with the clear intention of devouring the boy immediately put them on guard. Meller managed to free the boy and took him quickly to a safe area while Heldenhammer, Kai and Luna took care of the beast and managed to win after a tense standoff.
What was happening meanwhile in the east of the island? Well, a castaway had begun exploring a beach and a forest after reaching its shores. Said individual, a paladin of the god Ra called Keilor coming from Cirinea (and yes, of course is Jose's new character) he finally found a partially abandoned town, and I say partially because of its original inhabitants just left was the halfling Clarisse, the rest of the town had been occupied by a tribe of goblinoids creatures (orcs, goblins, bugbears ...). Keilor tried to surprise the group at that time was harassing Clarisse (and certainly got it, as he managed to attract one of the orcs with a fire burning in an abandoned cabin and managed to throw a bottle of oil on top, so between fire and highly flammable liquid creature burned to death).

But what followed seemed rather a film of Monty Python as the group of goblinoids was quite larger than Keilor had expected and during the subsequent confrontation dice rolls did not accompany too, with several silly blunders and falls by the paladin and his enemies, which did not prevent the new character to be on the brink of death.
What did that meant, the player would have to create a new character again???!!! Fortunately not, because I suggested him to use his imagination to get out of the mess in which he had stuck by himself, which led to the praise to the god Ra that you can see in the picture above.
After this passionate ode to Ra made with all his might Keilor managed to wake up with half his hit points and was in the middle of a circle of dead orcs and other goblinoids creatures, which did not stop from fleeing with part of the tribe behind him in a scene that looks like this:

Luckily the other characters had decided to embark again and continue to explore the coast of the island, allowing them to watch from a safe distance some of its curiosities, including a somewhat larger snake and a group of humans (a patrol perhaps?) to finally find a vociferous individual fleeing a horde of greenskins to which they were able to reduce or ward using artillery that was still on the boat in a timely fashion. With Keilor on board the group decided to return to the village of lizard men, where they were welcomed by the leader of the tribe, who received them warmly after learning of the news of the rescue of the boy.
During negotiations that followed they were able to convince the leader of the tribe so Ak'tuk and a party of warriors to go with them to the doors of the refuge of the clerics of Penumbra in order to facilitate the entry into their lair something they managed to achieve after convincing them of having the blessing of Eru (considering that the lizard men weren't very happy to antagonize the clerics everything went pretty well, I wonder if any of the characters had to do with certain changes in attitude ...).
Finally they also convinced the druid Shar (whom they met at previous sessions) that as part of the agreement with the lizard men he will offer his services for healing in exchange of helping him to protect the stone circle they had helped to liberate in previous session.
Lastly the characters are preparing the expedition that will take them to the next step of the adventure (and everyone and have enough experience to move into third level!).
What will happen in the next session?
As is customary to say:
